About
My story began in 1990, right out of high school, when I took a leap of faith and joined the U.S. Navy. Those 20 years gave me the chance to grow, mature, travel the world, and gain life experience that shaped who I am today. During my final tour, I discovered my true calling—counseling. After graduating from the Navy Drug and Alcohol Counselor School, I spent four years at Naval Hospital Jacksonville helping service members and their families through some of life’s toughest challenges.
In 2014, I took the next step in my journey—public education. Over the past decade, I’ve served as a high school and middle school educator, truancy officer, and at-risk strategist. During this time, I earned my advanced degree in counseling, further strengthening my ability to guide and support students. I also graduated from the prestigious Holdsworth Leadership School, where I honed my leadership skills to create positive change in schools and communities.
Today, as a Certified Professional Faith-Based Life Coach, I use my life lessons, perspective, and passion to help teens navigate one of the most important seasons of their lives. I believe every teen’s journey is unique, and they deserve a coach who understands that. Together, we’ll work to overcome obstacles, discover strengths, and step into the confidence of being their authentic self—because they don’t just have potential, they have purpose! #GO U!
